Fine Art Print “Qiu” by Louise Whitehouse
My first eight prints are named after important and inspiring women through history.
Qiu is dedicated to Qiu Jin – also called “Jianhu Nüxia” (Woman Knight of Mirror Lake”), was a Chinese writer, poet and strong-willed feminist who is considered a national hero in China and has changed the attitudes of many towards gender roles and the social hierarchy.
