My first eight prints are named after important and inspiring women through history.
Waris is dedicated to Waris Dirie – Somali model, author, actress and human rights activist in the fight against Female Genital Mutilation. From 1997 to 2003, she served as a UN special ambassador against female genital cutting.
Printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag, 310g 100% cotton paper,
